The Sushi Bar

Gumbo Limbo is the hotel's casual choice and the perfect spot to catch a beautiful sunset. The tropical ambiance of this outdoor restaurant is created by indigenous vegetation such as Sea Grapes, Cabbage Palms and Sea Oats. The warm Gulf breeze and the sound of the surf add to the ambiance as you enjoy the best bar food and view in Southwest Florida. Don't miss our new Sand Bar, perfect for sunset and spirits. Delight in healthful dining in The Spa, specializing in a large selection of "unique cuisine with flavor, health and wellness in mind." H2O+ Cafe is a perfect place to rejuvenate your body and mind. H20 is located on the top level of The Spa and the perfect place to visit before or after a spa treatment. You can enjoy a variety of protein shakes, fruit smoothies, muffins and wraps. From the richly paneled walls to the detailed artwork, The Grill evokes the ambiance of a private club. Located just off the lobby area, it is "simply the best steakhouse experience you will find." The Grill offers aged prime meats, chops and fresh seafood paired with rare vintages. Providing a classy atmosphere with nightly piano entertainment and a cozy fireplace, you can enjoy classically crafted cocktails and extensive wine list. Reservations are recommended and The Grills is open 6 - 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday and 5:30 - 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday.
The Lobby Bar
At the heart of the hotel, the spacious Lobby Lounge is "traditional as expected," with its floor to ceiling picture windows, crystal chandeliers and original 18th and 19th century portraits. Guests can enjoy the magnificent view of the Center Courtyard while enjoying traditional Afternoon Tea and cocktails throughout the day. Afternoon Tea served daily 2:30 - 4:30 p.m. with Peter Rabbit Tea for our younger guests. Cocktail service available: noon - 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and noon - 12 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
The Poolside Cafe
Enjoy "pool cuisine unleashed" while soaking up the sun at The Poolside Cafe. Or lounge at the pool and let the service come to you. The Poolside Cafe provides outdoor dining in the warm Florida sunshine overlooking two beautiful pools and lush greenery. A light menu featuring creative salads and sandwiches, Bento Boxes, fruit and frozen cocktails are offered as well as having a full bar with six flat-screen televisions. Poolside service is available and the Cafe is open for lunch daily 11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

What are the ways I can submit payment for my 2013 Global Financial Leadership Conference registration?
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover through the conference Website. The credit card used for your conference registration fee may also be used to secure your hotel reservation during the online registration process. The online registration system also allows you to use a different credit card for your hotel reservation.
Yes, pictures will be taken during the conference. By attending the conference, you acknowledge that there is a possibility your picture may be taken.
Additional details regarding the CME Group Titleholders Pro-Am golf tournament will be provided to you onsite.
It is recommended that all players arrive at least one hour prior to their tee time. Complimentary shuttles for all CME Group Pro-Am participants will be provided from the Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort to the Tiburon Golf Club at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort before and after the Pro-Am. Details on departure and return times will be provided onsite.
Yes, guests are welcome at the 2013 Global Financial Leadership Conference. There are several activities which guests can participate in, including Monday evening's Beach Cocktail Reception and Dinner as well as the Cocktail Reception, Gala Dinner and After-Party with featured entertainment on Tuesday evening. There are also great attractions in the area for guests to explore during the day. Contact the hotel concierge at 239-598-3300 for more information on these activities.
